I believe (and correct me if i am wrong) that the @wilton colours are the most used edible colours in cake land. They are relatively cheap, this set has all the standart colours you need as an cake artist, and the quality is more then good. I started out with this colour set, and almost 4 years later i still work with the colours. The beauty of these colours is that they will not make your fondant or marzipan dry. I will absolutely recommend every beginning cake artist to buy this set. Because they come in little jars, they are easy to store and easy to keep them save.
For who thinks that these 8 colours are not enough, there are additional colours to add to this standart set.
