What is isomalt, isomalt is the sugar that is used for pulling sugar.

The isomalt result. For who do not know what isomalt is. It is an extensive sweetener. Sweeteners are slightly less or haut as sweet as sugar. Isomalt 50% sweetening powder of granulated sugar and is suitable for molding, drawing, blowing and decorations. Spin sugar is the same as isomalt.

There are lots of good youtube videos you can use to learn the basics of the use of isomalt. What ever you do, be careful, the sugar gets really really hot, and you get easily burned.
