Now, don't get me wrong, i love the summer, i love some nice warm weahter, really i do! But just not when i am making something from fondant. I have been making some beautiful , colorful sugar flowers for a special cake. I put them on wire, did some airbrushing and some dusting and let them dry...and then, then the heat does it job. The fondant dries so slow, that everytime i look at my flowers, they break...i can garantee you, that you don't want to me near me then. I hate that, i get frustrated and angry...
