I said it before in a post. But dreams come true, just don't sit and wait for it to come knocking on your door. I am not saying that you need to stalk people, but it can help to be straight forward with what you goals in life are.
Having that said, another type of dream came true for me. Ever since i have been baking cakes, i am a huge fan of cake programs on tv. I love Amazing wedding cakes (Marc i love you mate) and i am huge fan of Choccywoccydoodah (yes those from the "death by chocolate" cakes). I love the way they approach an cake. They see it as an work of art and every client is important to them and i like that. Now about 8 months ago i went to London ( i am a huge London fan, i could life there in a heartbeat) and went sight seeing for a bit (i hate to be the tourist, i rather go to places other people ignore) but in in London i went sight seeing. One of the most important things on my list were Choccywoccydoodah and other cake shops ( i made a personal cake tour, if you go to London don't forget to go to Johnnies Cupcakes). So i went to Choccywoccydoodah and it was meant to be... There were no other customers in the shop. so that gave me the ability to look around, and sniff up the chocolate. I kindly asked the woman behind the register if i was allowed to take photos, and i was. Again i believe in respect and just aks if you can..
After being in the shop for at least 45 minutes, i went to the chocolate bar. OMG i nearly had an heartattack from all the chocolate, but it was so so worth it!
