As you might have guessed, i am not a marzipan kinda girl. Even better, before i found this brand of marzipan i hated it, and would have done (almost) anything to avoid working with it. My first experiences with marzipan were horrible. I mean, was so sticky and hard that could not figure out how to work with that stuff. I have tried and tried and tried, till i thought, you know i am just going to ignore it and pretend it does not exists. Then i found the Zeelandia marzipan and i did not know what happened. I was actually able to kneed it and even better, it did not tear everytime i wanted to put it on a cake, what was happening...was i actually starting to like working with marzipan. My conclusion...hell yeah! I prefer the Zeelandia marzipan over fondant in the summer. What a miracle! So i give the Zeelandia Marzipan two tumbs up!
