Challenge, or not!

I love making cakes that challenge me. Either a theme i have never made before or a structure i have never made before. There is much possible when in comes to cakes. 3d cakes, wedding cakes, gender reveal cakes and the list goes on. I love it, no matter what the theme is, i love making it. The challege of a 3d cake, is it going to work, what i have in my head, or is this going to fail..i love it.

But every once in while i love the simplicity of a normal cream / buttercream cake. No difficult structures, no drawings and designs, just a cake with whipped cream, and some fruit, that is everything!
