Cake is magic

To me cake represents magic! As an cake artist you create an experience for another person, that they remember in the years to come. I love it when i made cake and the person receiving it, goes all out of how the cake represents them of their celebration, that is an huge compliment. Once i made Frozen cake for my 7 year old niece for her birthday, that is now almost an year ago, and she is still talking about the cake. That is the sign for a cake artist that the job was well done.

How much i like seeing photos of cakes when they are fully decorated and shining, i just a much love seeing photos of the cake being eaten or the left overs. Why? because to me those photos represent somebody having a good time and enjoyed the cake they way it is supposed to be enjoyed!
