Isomalt

I talked about the isomalt before, but now i have tried it. I used another brand, as the one i had before. The other brand (i have forgotten the name) was horrible. The sugar did not melt right, after hardening the sugar stayed unclear, with other words i was not happy about it. But i liked the idea of isomalt the results you can have with it. So i searched for a new brand, and it was actually somebody else who found it for me. So i read about and ordered the " brand new cake" brand isomalt. It is a lot cheaper as most other brands, who go for 7,95 (euro) for 125gram and now i payed 8 euro for 750 gram

Today i had the time to play with it, and do i find...it works very well. The sugar stays very clear after cooking, it does not harden right away, so you have time to poor in the moulds or what ever. I dries up quick enough to be able to use the isomalt figure after an few hours.

I give this Isomalt 5 stars.
