Let me tell you something about marzipan. Marzipan and me are not going togetter at all. It sticks, it is hard, it is hell...till i found the best marzipan ever. No really, it even works on a hot day, it is soft, and easy to handle.

I found the Zeelandia marzipan for covering up cakes. The first time i used i had no idea what just happened. I was used to marzipan that was so difficult to work with, and this just went with the flow. My cake looked awesome, and i think went to the fridge to have an look a couple of time.
